Iris Petals and Irisalis Petal Sources

For Irisalis preparation, open the petal currency in your inventory and use its source list to find unfinished rewards. The inventory labels the item Irisalis Petal; the version 1.1 announcement calls for Iris Petals. Keep petals for Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis first, then check the separate Windchaser’s Departure crafting route after that prerequisite is complete.

Where to check your petals

Your inventory total is what you currently own, not the recipe cost. A number shown on another player’s item stack also does not tell you how many petals your next craft requires.

Open your inventory and select the Common Items category.
Select Irisalis Petal, the pink petal currency. Check the owned quantity on the item.
Expand or scroll through the source list. Select a source entry to inspect its associated activity or requirement.
Check which reward is still available on your account before committing to an encounter or progression goal.
After completing and claiming a reward, return to the inventory and check the new petal count.

Sources listed on the petal item

These entries are different kinds of sources. A first-clear reward, a progression milestone and a limited event should not be treated as the same repeatable farm.

Start with unclaimed rewards and objectives already close to completion. Then choose accessible first clears and progression goals that also help your team or exploration. Keep difficult encounters for a prepared party rather than spending every session on one blocked reward.

Source entry	What to check before spending time
Journey Quests	Review available Journey objectives and their reward panels. Prioritize unfinished objectives that list petals.
Collect	Open the collection source entry and follow the target it provides rather than assuming every collectible gives a petal.
Alpha First Clear	Inspect the encounter’s first-clear reward and whether it is already claimed. Repeating a cleared Alpha is not another first clear.
Elite Pathfinder Challenge	Inspect the named challenge’s completion requirements and reward before attempting it.
Nurture Branch	Check the Branch’s next progression requirement and reward. Separate its needed materials from the petals it can award.
Silver Badge	Inspect the area badge progress and the reward attached to the relevant milestone.
Topic	Open the listed Topic entry and review its objective and reward.
Tracing the Trail event	Inspect the selected investigation’s rewards and claim the result when complete.

The announced version 1.1 weekly source

The version 1.1 announcement adds a weekly-limited source for Iris Petals through Legendary Journey: Windchaser’s Departure. Irisalis is scheduled for September 25, 2026, at 10:00 UTC+8, with Student I required.

After the event opens, check the activity’s available petal rewards and weekly limit. Keep this source separate from older one-time rewards. The event opening is later than the scheduled September 23 maintenance window.

Spend in the right Legendary Aniipod sequence

Read the current recipe before deciding how many petals to reserve. Check the item name, required amount and owned amount together; do not use the inventory stack size or an older encounter-entry price as the recipe.

The guaranteed capture and potential benefits belong to the Windchaser’s Departure item. The Irisalis pod’s role is the Rift Space unlock. Keep these two uses separate when planning your first craft and later spending.

Follow the Irisalis unlock and Twine sequence

Check the event dates, Student I requirement, Rift Space and Blessing Gifts.

A preparation order that avoids wasted runs

Record your current petal count and check that you are progressing toward Student I.
Claim completed quest, milestone and event rewards that list petals.
Use the source menu to find unfinished first clears or near-complete objectives you can realistically finish.
Prepare the team or exploration abilities for those objectives, then collect and claim the rewards.
When the Irisalis event opens, inspect the first Legendary Aniipod recipe and its weekly petal source.
After crafting the Irisalis item, recheck the second seasonal recipe before spending the remaining petals.

If your petal count is not increasing

You repeated an Alpha encounter	Check whether you already claimed its first-clear reward.
You completed an activity but the total is unchanged	Inspect the actual reward and whether a claim is still pending.
The new weekly source is missing	Check the Irisalis event opening, rank requirement and activity status.
You have petals but cannot craft the second pod	Confirm that Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis has been crafted first.
Two guides give different required totals	Use the exact current recipe for the named item you intend to craft.
