Collect Lumin Embers to Open More of Breezy Plains

Recover the Embers you already passed

Open the map and zoom in around the part of the region you explored. A Lumin Ember noticed during your travels can remain marked even when you did not collect it. At a wider map scale, that small marker can be easy to miss.

Choose a nearby unlocked teleport point and collect the accessible markers along a short route. Grouping nearby objectives avoids repeatedly crossing the region for one item. Check the map again after collecting, then move to the next reachable marker.

Treat the map as a record of discoveries, not proof that every undiscovered Ember is already shown. Continue checking paths and nearby puzzles as you explore new ground.

Bring the ability that solves the obstacle

An Ember marker does not always mean you can walk straight up and collect it. Look at the immediate environment before trying repeated attacks or spending time on an unreachable approach.

Use the Breezy Plains Branch after a collection trip

Open the Breezy Plains Branch and inspect the next progression node. Use Infuse Energy to contribute the Lumin Embers you collected, then check the updated infused total and unlocked reward.

Two useful early goals are Earthquake Revelation, described at 12 infused Embers, and Prismana Radiance at 60. The first reveals previously concealed caves; the second adds the branch’s weather-changing option. Read each node alongside your current regional progress before planning the next trip.

These are cumulative branch milestones, not a requirement to carry 12 or 60 additional Embers every time you use the resulting feature. Later nodes continue the exploration progression; inspect their own descriptions instead of assuming every reward affects every map.

For concealed caves, check Earthquake Revelation

When a cave entrance is concealed by Vein energy, check the Earthquake Revelation node in the Breezy Plains Branch. Its effect reveals hidden caves that were previously concealed. Collect and infuse more Embers if that branch milestone is still locked.

After unlocking the node, return to the entrance and inspect the route again. Opening access does not mean the enemies inside match your current strength: prepare your combat team and recovery supplies before pushing deeper.

Keep the entrance requirement separate from an obstacle inside the cave. A revealed entrance, a destructible obstruction and a difficult boss are different problems with different solutions.

Weather access needs more than an Ember total

Prismana Radiance is part of the branch progression, while the chosen region has its own exploration progress. Silver regional progress, described at 70%, enables weather changing for that region. Check both the branch node and the region you selected if the option is unavailable.

On the Change Weather screen, select the region and inspect the displayed Prismana target, activation availability and item cost before confirming. Do not assume that unlocking the feature makes every activation free or makes every region eligible.

After changing the weather, follow the target and conditions for that region. Keep this route separate from the ordinary catching and nurturing loop: both concern Prismana, but their requirements are not interchangeable.

A practical exploration session

1. Pick one region and inspect its current exploration progress.
2. Zoom in to find missed Lumin Ember markers near an unlocked teleport point.
3. Bring the Wind, Impact or Twining option needed for the puzzles on that route, while preserving useful movement and recovery abilities.
4. Collect the accessible Embers and note obstacles that need a different companion.
5. Return to the Breezy Plains Branch, infuse the collected Embers and inspect the next unlocked node.
6. Use the new access deliberately: revisit a concealed cave or check an eligible region’s weather menu.

If your route stops making progress

If a known marker seems missing, zoom in before assuming the collectible vanished. If the marker is visible but inaccessible, inspect the obstacle and surrounding terrain rather than repeating the same approach.

If the branch is still locked, compare its infused total with the next milestone. If weather changing is unavailable, inspect regional progress as well as the branch unlock, then check the cost and availability on the weather screen.

If travel is the bottleneck, adjust the exploration slot in your team. A healing companion can keep you healthy, but it does not automatically provide the movement or puzzle ability needed for the route.
