What changed for nurturing

Every nurturing attempt uses the same base chance to trigger Prismana Flow. The guarantee system remains, so the flat chance does not remove the separate guaranteed outcome. Treat the energy meter and a random Flow trigger as different parts of the same loop.

Offering quality no longer determines Wild Surge quality. Nurturing adds a fixed amount of Prismatic Energy. Choosing a more elaborate offering solely to improve Wild Surge quality follows an older rule, not the launch system.

How catching helps

A Lucky Strike during catching grants item rewards and adds Prismatic Energy to the area. It also has a chance to trigger Prismana Flow directly. That makes ordinary catching useful while you work toward rarer encounters.

The September 18 patch fixed a case where reaching maximum Prismatic Energy through a Lucky Strike failed to spawn the Prismana Aniimo immediately. If you are comparing an older video with the current meter behavior, account for this change.

1. Continue catching while working through the area rather than treating every non-Prismana encounter as wasted progress.
2. Watch the area’s Prismatic Energy and respond when Prismana Flow triggers.
3. Use nurturing as another way to add energy and trigger Flow; do not assume low energy suppresses its base chance.

Prismana and Umbral are different targets

Wild Surges created through ecosystem nurturing can include Umbral Aniimo. Umbral Aniimo have Perfect Potential and distinctive coloration, and can also appear by chance in the open world. Do not read every rare-color encounter as the same acquisition system.

Season-exclusive Prismana encounters can have their own conditions. A seasonal event’s target, location and schedule matter separately from the general nurturing loop.

Perfect Potential is a separate question

Aniimo caught with a Sparkling Cube have guaranteed Perfect Potential. RV dispatches can produce eggs with the Prismana trait. These are different routes: a potential guarantee does not, by itself, promise a Prismana form.

Choose the route for the thing you want: use the Flow loop for Prismana encounters, inspect the captured Aniimo’s potential for training, and check seasonal conditions before travelling to an event location.
