Helion
Helion is a close-range Holy DPS starter. Every four basic attacks prepare Solar Halo for an enhanced skill. Decide whether the next skill should control enemies, improve damage or recover extra EP.

Where this companion fits in your collection
Helion is one of the companions offered during the opening story. Choose it at the starter decision if its combat style suits you. Build around the starter you selected rather than planning a team that requires both.
Helion is holy with the DPS role. The skills below describe Basic Form; a different form may have a different kit.
Build Solar Halo with basic attacks
Solar Grace grants Solar Halo after every four basic attacks, enhancing the next skill. It also increases final damage by 30% when attacking without elemental advantage. Prepare the halo before the action that needs it instead of casting unrelated skills immediately.
Choose how to spend the enhancement
If you need energy, spending the halo on Sun-Kissed can support the next sequence. If enemies are grouped and pressure is the problem, consider Holy Storm. Holy Roar is the damage-buff setup when you can safely continue attacking.
| Skill | Cost / power | Useful effect |
|---|---|---|
| Holy Roar | 10 / 30 | Hits add 6% Light damage, up to 3 stacks for 20 seconds; Solar Halo applies 3 stacks at once. |
| Holy Storm | 20 / 60 | Pulls targets inward and adds level-based BREAK damage; enhanced final hit adds a 1-second stun. |
| Sun-Kissed | 0 / 0 | Restores 20 EP, plus 5 more when enhanced. |
| Light Bombardment | 20 / 62 | Aerial dive and landing explosion; Ring of the Golden Sun increases its damage by 30%. |
Practice the close-range sequence
- Approach without exhausting your movement resources.
- Land four basic attacks to prepare Solar Halo when the enemy gives you a safe opening.
- Spend the enhancement on Holy Roar for its stacked Light-damage buff or Holy Storm for control and BREAK.
- Use Sun-Kissed to recover EP before your expensive skills become unavailable.
- Disengage and recover when the enemy’s attack makes another close-range sequence unsafe.
Soleon and the Golden Sun effect
Helios’ Judgment deals nearby damage, changes Helion into Soleon, increases its own damage by 15% until leaving combat and grants Ring of the Golden Sun. Light Bombardment names that ring as its 30% damage condition. Keep the ring condition distinct from the ordinary four-attack Solar Halo loop.
